Four Seasons, RAK Properties to launch luxury beach resort, residences in Ras Al Khaimah in Mina

UAE – Four Seasons, a global leader in luxury hospitality and branded residences, has partnered with RAK Properties, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading publicly listed real estate developer, to announce plans for a new beachfront resort and private residences within a 400-hectare master-planned waterfront destination.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina is set to redefine luxury hospitality and upscale living in the region. 

Blending beachfront elegance with natural beauty, the resort will feature approximately 150 rooms, suites, and signature villas, along with around 130 private residences.

This development will elevate Mina into a premier destination for both residents and visitors.

Designed as a two-island retreat, Mina offers an idyllic setting with serene Gulf waters, 18 kilometers (11 miles) of waterfront, private beaches, and stunning views of the Hajar mountains.

Guests and residents will enjoy world-class amenities, including spas, waterfront dining, and marina access.

Killa Design, a globally recognized architectural firm, has been appointed to lead the masterplan design, shaping what is poised to become one of the UAE’s most sought-after luxury destinations.
