Newmark Partners with Sabre Hospitality to enhance operations capacity across Africa

AFRICA – Sabre Hospitality, a division of Sabre Corporation, has partnered with Newmark, a luxury hotel and reserve management company operating across Africa, to enhance hotel content distribution through Sabre’s advanced Global Distribution System (GDS) technology.

The collaboration centers around the implementation of Sabre’s SynXis Central Reservation System (CRS), which is set to enhance Newmark’s presence in the Global Distribution System (GDS).

This integration aims to simplify bookings, extend Newmark’s reach through a vast network of travel agencies worldwide, and ultimately boost visibility and revenue, attracting a broader audience to its properties.

Newmark’s CEO, Neil Markovitz, stated that the partnership with Sabre Hospitality will enable the company to connect with over 425,000 travel agents globally as part of its digital transformation strategy.

He emphasized that this milestone will streamline distribution, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen Newmark’s global footprint.

By leveraging Sabre’s advanced technology, the company is laying a solid foundation for future growth, ensuring its diverse collection of hotels and game reserves remains accessible to travelers worldwide.

Newmark’s portfolio features luxury accommodations, including hotels at the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Foreshore, as well as properties in Sandton, Johannesburg.

The company also operates private game reserves in locations such as Emanzana, Timbavati, Waterberg, and the Karoo.
