UAE – Cheval Collection has announced it is set to debut Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai in March 2025, offering 151 upscale serviced accommodation units designed for flexible stays, complemented by world-class business and leisure facilities.

Extensively refurbished, the property is situated next to the iconic Al Wasl Plaza, just a five-minute walk from the Expo City Metro station.

The opening represents a significant milestone in Cheval Collection’s expansion across the Middle East, with plans for additional properties in the UAE and an entry into Saudi Arabia.

The brand’s first Dubai property, Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, launched in April 2023 and was recognized as the ‘Best Debut Hotel Apartments’ at the 2024 Arabian Travel Awards.

Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai features a variety of elegantly designed accommodations, all boasting premium finishes, stylish furnishings, and fully equipped kitchens.

Available for both short and extended stays, options include Metro Rooms, studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and Royal Suites, with most featuring balconies, some of which offer direct views of Al Wasl Plaza.

The pet-friendly property offers multiple dining options, including TEN-11 all-day restaurant, 7seven7 coffee shop and bakery, and PDL café.

Guests can also enjoy a rooftop pool with panoramic views of Expo City, a cutting-edge gym with a yoga studio, and extensive landscaped gardens.

Additionally, the property includes three Majlis spaces, including the expansive 450-square-meter Royal Majlis, along with private meeting rooms, all available for exclusive hire.

Mohammed Alawadhi, Managing Director at Cheval Collection, emphasized that the launch of Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai highlighted the company’s dedication to Dubai and the wider region.

He noted that the property introduced a new level of accommodation and amenities at Expo City, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to being part of the EXPO 2020 legacy in a dynamic residential, business, and tourism hub.

Christian Potvin, General Manager at Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai, highlighted that the property reflected the essence of the Cheval Collection brand, incorporating a prime location, prestigious accommodations, top-tier fitness facilities, exceptional dining options, and excellent transport links.

He expressed anticipation in welcoming both returning guests familiar with the brand and new visitors seeking a luxury, home-like living experience.
