Covering 9,600 square meters, Nile Pearl is a meticulously designed mixed-use development that seamlessly integrates luxury and comfort.
The project features two prominent towers: a high-end residential building with 190 units of various sizes to suit different lifestyles and a five-star hotel, Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi, managed by Hilton Global Hospitality.
With 256 elegantly designed rooms and suites offering panoramic views of the Nile, the development blends modern sophistication with timeless luxury.
Residents and guests can enjoy premium amenities, including a state-of-the-art spa, an infinity pool, and an array of fine dining options.
Saudi Egyptian Developers CEO Mohamed Al-Taher highlighted the project’s significance, describing it as a milestone for the company.
He noted that the launch of Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi and the handover of residential units underscored the firm’s contribution to Egypt’s real estate sector while also enhancing the country’s tourism appeal.
According to him, the project aligns with Egypt’s Vision 2030, which aims to attract 30 million tourists annually.
Al-Taher also emphasized that Nile Pearl set a new standard of luxury along the Nile. He credited the collaboration with Hilton Global Hospitality as instrumental in ensuring that the development adhered to the highest international standards.
Hilton Nile Maadi’s General Manager, Haitham Nassar, expressed pride in the partnership with Saudi Egyptian Developers, describing the opening of the new Hilton-branded property as a significant addition to the hospitality sector.
