EMEA – Leading hospitality brand Hyatt Hotels Corporation has revealed it is set to expand its presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) with a lineup of eagerly awaited hotel openings in 2025.
In February 2025, Andaz Doha is set to open in the prestigious West Bay district of the Qatari capital.
Designed to blend Doha’s vibrant culture with contemporary art and upscale lifestyle offerings, the 256-room hotel will be situated near embassies, financial hubs, and luxury shopping districts, positioning itself as a premier urban hospitality destination.
Alongside this, Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha will unveil its newly renovated rooms, offering a refreshed, modern retreat for travelers.
Conveniently located near Hamad International Airport and the city center, the hotel provides easy access to key attractions, including the National Museum of Qatar and the Corniche.
In the first quarter of 2025, Hyatt Place Gothenburg will open its doors in Sweden, strategically positioned next to Gothenburg Central Station.
This 300-room hotel will feature contemporary accommodations, exceptional dining at G Mat & Vin, and a stylish rooftop experience at Cristal Bar.
Its proximity to Liseberg Amusement Park and the Opera House is expected to make it an attractive choice for both leisure and business travelers.
The United Kingdom will also see new additions in early 2025, with Hyatt Place Leeds offering 217 modern rooms designed for work and relaxation.
Hyatt House Leeds will cater to long-stay guests with fully equipped kitchens and contemporary accommodations, complemented by complimentary breakfast and round-the-clock fitness facilities.
In Lisbon, Andaz Lisbon will open in Praça do Comércio, showcasing a fusion of Moorish influences and elegant Pombaline architecture. With 256 rooms, the hotel aims to provide an immersive luxury experience that celebrates Lisbon’s rich cultural heritage.
The second quarter of 2025 will mark the opening of Park Hyatt Johannesburg, an intimate luxury property featuring 31 meticulously designed rooms and suites.
Targeting discerning travelers, the boutique-style hotel will offer personalized service in South Africa’s economic hub.
In France, Hyatt Centric Reims will be positioned near Notre Dame Cathedral and the city’s congress center, featuring 155 rooms tailored for business and leisure travelers. Designed to offer a seamless work-life balance, the hotel will include contemporary workspaces and stylish accommodations.
Hyatt Regency Zadar, located in one of the most architecturally distinguished buildings in the Croatian coastal city, will also open in the second quarter.
Overlooking the Adriatic Sea, the 133-room hotel will combine historical charm with modern comfort, offering a unique hospitality experience in one of Croatia’s most scenic destinations.
