Kempinski opens Sariya Yanbu Red Sea, its second luxury property in Saudi Arabia

SAUDI ARABIA – Kempinski Hotel & Resort Sariya Yanbu Red Sea has officially opened, becoming Kempinski’s second property in Saudi Arabia and introducing a new level of luxury, comfort, and personalized service to the Red Sea coastline.

The launch of Kempinski Hotel and Resort Sariya marks a significant milestone, bringing five-star luxury hospitality to Yanbu, often referred to as the “Pearl of the Red Sea.”

General Manager Dirk Bansemer highlighted the resort’s role in enhancing Yanbu’s status as a premier destination while aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to showcase its cultural heritage and natural beauty.

Located on Al Mahar Island within the Royal Commission, Kempinski Hotel and Resort Sariya offers a distinctive retreat that blends European luxury with Arabian hospitality.

Surrounded by pristine beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and historical sites, the resort provides an immersive experience where guests can appreciate the city’s natural splendor and cultural richness.

The resort features 118 elegantly designed rooms and suites, each offering either serene lagoon views or breathtaking vistas of the Red Sea. Every space is crafted with modern comforts to ensure a refined stay.

Dining at the resort includes two signature venues. Ragheed, the all-day dining restaurant, serves a diverse selection of international and local cuisine, offering an authentic culinary journey.

Ghroub Lounge provides a relaxing setting with panoramic sea views, perfect for enjoying coffee, pastries, and light refreshments.

For events and gatherings, the resort boasts a 1,302 square meter grand ballroom, ideal for weddings, gala dinners, conferences, and exhibitions.

Additionally, three meeting rooms and an executive boardroom offer flexible spaces for business engagements and intimate gatherings.

Guests seeking relaxation can unwind at the spa, which offers massage rooms, steam and sauna facilities, and a tranquil relaxation lounge.
