Fairmont Amman promotes Nikolaos Kaloudis to Hotel Manager

JORDAN – Fairmont Amman has promoted Nikolaos Kaloudis from Director of Operations to Hotel Manager, where he will oversee the hotel’s operations and lead its talented team.

The Greek-Australian hospitality expert with over 22 years of experience in luxury hotels, is tasked with leading the hotel in its pursuit of excellence.

His extensive background spans iconic five-star chains and independent premium food and beverage sectors across the region.

With a proven track record in hotel openings, renovations, and rebranding, Nikolaos is set to steer the hotel’s direction and elevate guest experiences.

His goal is to establish new standards while creating memorable moments for every guest.

Nikolaos has effectively demonstrated leadership by re-positioning brands and training teams to perform at their best.

His approach is designed to not only enhance the luxury experience but also make true luxury inclusive.

In his new role, he intends to contribute to Fairmont Amman’s continued success, with a vision to position the hotel as the social heart of the city and a leader in the entertainment scene.

His leadership in the kitchen ensures the production of new and exceptional offerings, with a focus on helping his team reach its maximum potential.

Recognized for his expertise in multiple cuisines such as Greek, Moroccan, and Middle Eastern, El-Khal has received numerous accolades, including awards from Time Out and national competitions.
