Aleph Hospitality expands in Ghana with the addition of The Address Hotel in Accra

GHANA – Aleph Hospitality, the foremost independent hospitality management company in the Middle East and Africa, has unveiled plans to broaden its presence in Ghana by incorporating The Address, a prominent hotel in Accra, into its expanding portfolio.

DevtracoPlus Limited, one of Ghana’s foremost real estate firms under the Devtraco Group, owns The Address.

In 2022, Aleph Hospitality signed a management agreement with DevtracoPlus for The Pelican Hotel in Accra.

The Address is now the second hotel entrusted to Aleph Hospitality, a decision that reflects strong confidence in the management company’s expertise.

Over 60% of current hotel owners have subsequently assigned additional properties to Aleph Hospitality, underscoring its proven track record in the region.

Set to open in 2026, the hotel tower at The Address will offer 121 rooms and suites featuring sophisticated interiors, premium finishes, and a seamless blend of style and functionality.

In addition to guest accommodations, the property will include an on-site restaurant, sky view bar, cigar lounge, fully equipped fitness centre, pool, and versatile meeting rooms.

Located in Roman Ridge, one of Accra’s most desirable areas in the northern capital, The Address is part of a mixed-use development that also comprises luxury apartments with private pools.

The well-planned neighborhood provides easy access to key attractions, business centers, and entertainment, with Kotoka International Airport, Achimota Golf Club, and Accra Mall all just a 10-minute drive away.
