Armani Residences to debut in Saudi Arabia at Diriyah’s City of Earth

SAUDI ARABIA – Diriyah Company has revealed that Italian design house Armani will debut in Saudi Arabia with Armani Residences Diriyah at its City of Earth development near Riyadh.

Diriyah Company announced the launch of 15 limited-edition residences in Diriyah Square during its participation at MIPIM in Cannes.

The residences will feature bespoke interiors curated by Giorgio Armani, blending his signature style with Najdi architecture to reflect Diriyah’s heritage.

Located near the Armani Hotel Diriyah, which broke ground in November 2024, the residences will be part of an exclusive development.

The hotel will include 70 luxurious rooms, two restaurants, and a high-end spa, with select suites featuring private spas and swimming pools.

The residences will be categorized into three distinct design concepts, The Palm Residences, The Botanical Residences, and The Royal Penthouses, ranging in size from 1,200 to 1,900 square meters.

Each unit will offer three-bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms, formal and family living and dining areas, a library, and a private pool.

A ‘Tower of Light’ staircase will serve as the connecting architectural element between the residences.

All interiors will be fully furnished and outfitted by Armani/Casa, featuring custom-made kitchens and bathroom fittings.

Residents will also have private lobbies, elevators, and direct underground parking access.

The Royal Penthouses will include state-of-the-art outdoor amenities, such as a private pool, yoga terrace, cabana, and BBQ facilities, set within landscaped exteriors.

Residents will gain exclusive access to premium Armani Hotel Diriyah facilities, including the swimming pool, gymnasium, business lounge, and The Armani Study.

Additional services covered by an annual fee include 24-hour concierge, valet parking, complimentary buggy chauffeur service, dedicated management, and routine maintenance.

Owners will also receive exclusive privileges, such as priority reservations at Armani hotels and restaurants worldwide, a personal Armani/Casa specialist for shopping and design consultation, invitations to special events, and early access to product launches.

Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, highlighted that Diriyah will be the first destination in Saudi Arabia to welcome Armani-branded residences, adding that the project merges Armani’s timeless elegance with the rich heritage of Najdi architecture to create a unique living experience.
