EGYPT – Leading hotel brand Hilton has signed an agreement with Skywalk Developments to launch Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk and Signia by Hilton Residences Cairo Skywalk, marking the debut of the Signia brand in Egypt and Africa.

Hilton is expanding its luxury footprint in Egypt with two new properties set to offer modern accommodations, personalized service, and extensive event facilities.

Located in West Cairo’s latest development, these properties will be surrounded by business and entertainment hubs, as well as retail and commercial outlets.

They will provide convenient access to key cultural sites, including the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids. Sphinx International Airport is just a 20-minute drive, while Cairo International Airport is 50 minutes away.

Carlos Khneisser, Vice President of Development, Middle East & Africa, Hilton, commented, “As we continue expanding Hilton’s presence in Egypt, we’re excited to introduce Signia by Hilton to one of West Cairo’s premier new destinations.”

“With plans to grow our footprint to over 40 properties across the country, this debut with Skywalk Developments underscores our commitment to delivering world-class hospitality and residential experiences in the region,” he added.

Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk will feature 200 elegantly designed guest rooms and suites, along with multiple dining venues, including an all-day restaurant, a specialty eatery, a lobby bar, and a poolside grill.

Guests will have access to a fitness center, spa, and outdoor pool. Those staying in Club Signia rooms and suites will enjoy exclusive services such as a private lounge, bespoke concierge services, and premium in-room amenities.

The hotel will introduce Signia by Hilton’s renowned meeting experience to Cairo, offering nearly 5,000 square meters of event space.

This includes a state-of-the-art ballroom, a multifunction room, and an outdoor event lawn, making it a prime venue for conferences and events.

Signia by Hilton Residences Cairo Skywalk will offer a cosmopolitan living experience with 200 modern one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Residents will have access to the hotel’s dining venues and premium services, including a private lounge, pool, fitness center, valet desk, and concierge.

Khaled Rasekh, Chairman of Skywalk Developments, stated, “Partnering with Hilton, we aim to redefine hospitality in Egypt. Cairo’s rich heritage, coupled with its emergence as a conference and tourism hub, makes this development a landmark destination blending entertainment, hospitality, and retail.”

This latest signing reinforces Hilton’s strong presence in the region, following the successful launch of Signia by Hilton in Amman, Jordan.

With over 25 hotels in its Egypt pipeline, Hilton is set to create more than 5,000 new job opportunities, further strengthening its commitment to local communities.
