Burtville Developments launches first luxury hotel-branded residences at Masdar City, Abu Dhabi

UAE – Burtville Developments, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE, has unveiled its first luxury hotel-branded residential project, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 & 19, located at Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

The 483-unit residential project is the first luxury hotel-branded residential development in Masdar City, crafted with authentic Emirati elegance.

Burtville Developments highlighted the robust real estate market in Abu Dhabi, which has seen a notable surge in demand from foreign investors.

This growth is attributed to government initiatives designed to stimulate investment, prompting the company to expand its project portfolio.

The “Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 & 19” marks Burtville Developments’ fifth project in Abu Dhabi. The project spans over 240,000 square feet of land and boasts a total built-up area of more than 915,000 square feet.

Comprising two buildings with 6 and 9 floors, the development is surrounded by lush green spaces that account for 60% of the total land area.

Residents will enjoy a variety of luxurious amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lake, two large sandy beach pools, and covered pools that ensure year-round comfort.

The project offers diverse residential units, ranging from one to five-bedroom apartments, simplex units, duplexes, ground-floor villas, and sky villas.

All units include a maid’s room and a laundry room, with luxurious finishes and full furnishings from top brands.

Additional amenities include a 600-meter bicycle track, indoor and outdoor lounges for entertaining, Arabic tents for outdoor events, modern sports clubs, sports fields, and community gardens with designated plots for residents to grow their own vegetables.

The development also offers 11 elevators and a 7-year membership to Yas Beach Club for up to seven family members.

Burtville Developments confirmed that construction began earlier this year after securing all necessary approvals, with completion expected by the third quarter of 2028.

The company also reported significant progress on other Abu Dhabi projects, including 58% completion of Ville 11, 10% progress on Ville 12 in Masdar City, and ongoing developments on Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 (12%) and Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 (8%) in Yas Bay on Yas Island.

Burtville Developments reiterated its commitment to expanding in Abu Dhabi by delivering high-end real estate projects that enhance the Emirates’ market and cater to a diverse range of investors.
