Shamal Awards main works contract for Baccarat Hotel and Residences to Arabian Construction Company

The development will comprise both an ultra-luxury hotel and branded residences, providing residents and guests with access to exclusive privileges and an elevated lifestyle.

UAE – Dubai-based diversified investment firm Shamal has awarded the main works contract for its Baccarat Hotel and Residences project to Arabian Construction Company (ACC).

The Baccarat-branded mixed-use development in Downtown Dubai will redefine the city’s skyline, offering panoramic views of the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Renowned globally for its tradition of blending refined craftsmanship with attention to detail, Baccarat is synonymous with elegance.

The project is developed by H&H, a Dubai-based real estate investor, developer, and asset manager, in collaboration with Studio Liebeskind, known for its exceptional architectural designs, and 1508 London, whose interiors will complement the luxurious spaces.

This development will comprise both an ultra-luxury hotel and branded residences, providing residents and guests with access to exclusive privileges and an elevated lifestyle.

Shamal, the contractor for the project, confirmed that the groundbreaking took place last year, with all enabling works and infrastructure packages now completed.

The main works contractor is preparing to begin mobilizing for the next phase.

Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal, expressed enthusiasm about reaching this milestone in their efforts to enhance Dubai’s skyline with the Baccarat brand.

He highlighted the importance of partnering with an accomplished contractor and emphasized the need for the best in the industry to bring such a high-caliber development to life.

Shamal’s CEO also assured that with H&H and ACC as partners, the project would deliver the ultimate luxury experience for both visitors and residents.

Miltos Bossinis, CEO of H&H, shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating that the Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai would be a landmark that would further elevate the city’s skyline.

He also expressed confidence that the partnership with ACC would help bring the vision of creating extraordinary experiences to fruition.

ACC, a prominent UAE-based contractor, brings significant experience in executing complex designs. Maher Merehbi, CEO of Arabian Construction Company, remarked that they were proud to be selected as the main contractor for the Baccarat Hotel and Residences Dubai.

He emphasized their shared commitment to excellence with Shamal and H&H and looked forward to contributing to the realization of this prestigious project.
