This collaboration will enhance The Pinnacle project and mark the debut of Ennismore and Accor in Jamaica, with the brand names to be revealed in 2025.
JAMAICA – LCH Development Limited has entered a landmark partnership with Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor, to introduce two prestigious hotel brands to Jamaica.
This collaboration will enhance The Pinnacle project and mark the debut of Ennismore and Accor in Jamaica, with the brand names to be revealed in 2025.
Situated on the picturesque Reading Peninsula in Montego Bay, The Pinnacle represents a US$450 million development encompassing four uniquely designed buildings.
Three of these structures will feature 417 luxury residences and 12 private villas, while the fourth will house a 240-key luxury hotel under a prestigious brand.
Phil Zrihen, Head of Americas for Ennismore, said, “We’re excited to expand Ennismore’s presence in the Caribbean through this visionary project. This partnership reflects our commitment to bringing culturally rich, lifestyle-driven hospitality to new destinations with the support of local partners who align with our values.”
“This project reaffirms Ennismore’s commitment to growing in the Americas, a crucial growth focus for the group.”
The Pinnacle will offer residents and guests an elevated lifestyle, enriched by an array of hotel-inspired amenities.
These include exclusive private clubs, state-of-the-art wellness centers, global culinary experiences, and dedicated concierge and property management services—all crafted to deliver effortless luxury and refined living.
Construction on Towers One and Two is progressing rapidly, with local construction firm Brothers Concepts and Solutions Limited achieving a pace of three completed floors per month.
This transformative development underscores a shared commitment to sustainability, incorporating eco-conscious elements such as solar power systems, rainwater harvesting infrastructure, and verdant living walls.
Both Accor and Ennismore have committed to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
This move is also a reflection of the bustling hotel scene in Jamaica.
In a separate development, Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett announced that casino gaming will officially launch in Jamaica this November with the opening of the Princess Grand Jamaica in Negril.
The resort will be the island’s first casino hotel and is one of potentially three planned for the country.
Currently under construction in the Green Island area of Hanover, the Princess Grand Jamaica will operate as an all-inclusive property.
