Accor, Valor Hospitality Partners, ICD launch six-hotel cluster in Dubai Deira Waterfront

The collaboration between Valor, ICD, and Accor combines global expertise with local market insights, setting new benchmarks in Dubai’s hospitality industry.

UAE – Accor, Valor Hospitality Partners, and ICD have expanded their partnership with the debut of a six-hotel cluster in Dubai Deira Waterfront, marking a significant addition to the Deira Enrichment Program.

This expansion sees the integration of three existing Accor properties, under the ibis Styles, Aparthotel Adagio, and Mercure brands, alongside three new properties.

The latter will be branded as Novotel, ibis Styles, and Mercure, further enhancing the city’s hospitality offerings.

Officially opened on 1 April 2025, this development strengthens Accor’s presence in Dubai, addressing the rising demand for quality midscale and economy accommodations.

It also marks a significant expansion for Valor Hospitality Partners in the UAE and demonstrates their commitment to operational excellence and financial efficiency.

The new cluster offers a diversified portfolio that caters to a variety of traveler needs.

Aparthotel Adagio is designed for guests requiring extended stays, while Mercure offers locally inspired experiences. ibis Styles delivers a design-driven yet affordable experience, and Novotel strikes a balance between business and leisure needs.

Julien Bergue, Co-Founder and Managing Partner for the Middle East and AMEA at Valor Hospitality Partners, emphasized that strategic and sustainable growth is the driving force behind their partnership with ICD and its property developer Ithra Dubai.

He stated that this partnership exemplifies Valor’s commitment to the UAE’s hospitality sector, known for its innovation and excellence.

For Accor, this expansion aligns with its broader vision for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

By adding these properties to Accor’s portfolio, the company responds to the growing demand for affordable yet high-quality accommodation in Dubai.
